I have heard that when you are pushed to the edges ,the best comes out of you.So always challenge your confort zone and wide your area of influence.I have been a guy who was excessively sentimantal in approach towards life but when people left me in lurch, I learned that there are so many great fish in the sea and we just need to keep going........... more...

The only way to reduce the burden on yourself is define everyday's target and then finish it.There is nothing which can stop you from completing the  daily target if you are sincerely devoted to it.The problem with me is that I always burdened myself with something which is not going the way I wanted.
